News and Information
When running a business it is easy to find yourself working in your business instead of on your business. What this means is find good resources to help you do the day-to-day tasks essential to your business while you guide and direct those resources efficiently and cost effectively. If you have a retail store you don't want to be the one behind the counter handling each sale. You should be managing employees working the counter as well as those in the stock area and other locations in your store. You should be free to talk with your customers to find out what their needs are. During the day you may find it necessary to pick up a broom or to help stock shelves just don't make it your primary job.
Working on your business will help it grow faster and gives you a better picture of what needs to be done.
Have a wonderful time building your business!
